Booking Confirmation and Payment
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, the booking is final.
No refunds will be provided after confirmation. Only rescheduling is permitted.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least one week prior to the event.
Approved rescheduling will be accommodated based on availability.
No Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or no-shows.
No refunds for weather-related issues or uncontrollable circumstances like power outages.
Refunds will only be issued if the DJ does not arrive at the event and does not perform at all.
Performance Guarantees
The DJ will arrive at the venue as scheduled.
If the DJ arrives late (more than one hour past the agreed time), no refund will be provided.
If the DJ is present but does not perform at the scheduled time, the performance can be rescheduled within the same event day, subject to mutual agreement.
Additional Charges
If the DJ is required to stay beyond the agreed performance time and cannot perform as planned, additional fees may apply.
Extra charges must be agreed upon and paid on the day of the event.
Rider and Hospitality
The event organiser must provide the agreed rider, including a beverage (whiskey or gin), snacks, two bottles of sparkling water, and two cans of Coke.
If specific beverages are not available, a preferred drink list will be provided on the day.
Security and Liability
It is the responsibility of the event organiser and venue owner to ensure adequate security for the DJ during the event.
The event organiser and venue owner will be liable for any injuries or damages incurred to the DJ or their property.
Refund Processing Time
In the event of an approved refund, allow 3-7 working days for processing.
