• Booking Confirmation and Payment

    • Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, the booking is final.

    • No refunds will be provided after confirmation. Only rescheduling is permitted.

  • Rescheduling Policy

    • Rescheduling requests must be made at least one week prior to the event.

    • Approved rescheduling will be accommodated based on availability.

  • No Refund Policy

    • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or no-shows.

    • No refunds for weather-related issues or uncontrollable circumstances like power outages.

    • Refunds will only be issued if the DJ does not arrive at the event and does not perform at all.

  • Performance Guarantees

    • The DJ will arrive at the venue as scheduled.

    • If the DJ arrives late (more than one hour past the agreed time), no refund will be provided.

    • If the DJ is present but does not perform at the scheduled time, the performance can be rescheduled within the same event day, subject to mutual agreement.

  • Additional Charges

    • If the DJ is required to stay beyond the agreed performance time and cannot perform as planned, additional fees may apply.

    • Extra charges must be agreed upon and paid on the day of the event.

  • Rider and Hospitality

    • The event organiser must provide the agreed rider, including a beverage (whiskey or gin), snacks, two bottles of sparkling water, and two cans of Coke.

    • If specific beverages are not available, a preferred drink list will be provided on the day.

  • Security and Liability

    • It is the responsibility of the event organiser and venue owner to ensure adequate security for the DJ during the event.

    • The event organiser and venue owner will be liable for any injuries or damages incurred to the DJ or their property.

  • Refund Processing Time

    • In the event of an approved refund, allow 3-7 working days for processing.
